We loved the beautiful grounds, perfect for a family picnic, and enjoyed the pool facilities. The hotel is dog-friendly which was a nice surprise. The spa treatments were also great, providing a nice break for the adults.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the wedding kept our child up. More soundproofing would be fantastic for families.

The Standard Family Room 3 was well-equipped with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a seating area. The indoor swimming pool was a highlight, along with the sauna and steam room for relaxation. Staff were super friendly and approachable, creating a homely vibe. Breakfast was delivered to the room, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Had a lovely stay with the family! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we really enjoyed some relaxing moments at the spa. The only downside was that our room was a bit dated, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all! 😊

Nice spa vibes
I stayed for a night with my fam. The breakfast was yum and the pool was really nice! Spa staff were awesome, especially Robyn and Emma. Only bummer was the noise from other guests at night, it was kinda loud. Also had to pay a £5 room service fee which wasn't ideal, given the circumstances.

The swimming pool and spa facilities provided a much-needed relaxation after a long journey, and the homemade rolls at dinner were a standout. Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic due to a forgotten upgrade, and the room was not properly prepared, lacking towels and having maintenance issues. the noisy environment throughout the night prevented any chance of restful sleep.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Chatelherault Country Park for a picnic and the nearby manor house, enjoying the beautiful views. The pool was a hit, and staff were friendly. Dinner was decent bar food, and breakfast was a nice start to the day. Perfect for a group getaway!
But, I must say, the drinks were overpriced. A glass of wine costing £9 was a bit much for our budget.

missingWrote a review on 01 Jundated decor
The room's decor feels a bit dated, with a noticeable lack of air conditioning, making it uncomfortable at times, especially during warm weather. Open windows don’t provide much ventilation, leading to a stuffy atmosphere. Noises from outside, especially late-night events, can be intrusive, affecting sleep quality. Breakfast can feel chaotic, with tables waiting too long for service, often resulting in empty buffet options. it may not suit everyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
